Your information

We collect only what you type into our forms, use it only for the purpose you sent it, and never sell it. We don’t share your details with any maker, studio or designer until we’ve told you who it is and you’ve agreed.

What we collect

  • Email list: your email address, the page you signed up on, and the time.
  • Commission briefs: the piece you describe (type, dimensions, wood, budget band, timeline), your delivery ZIP, name, email and optional phone, plus the exact consent wording you agreed to and the form version.
  • Designer consultation requests: your project details, ZIP, name, email and optional phone, plus consent wording and form version.
  • Designer onboarding: the practice details you send us, to draft a profile for your approval.
  • Order requests (only on pieces marked “Buy from us”): the piece, quantity, delivery ZIP, name, email, optional phone and notes, plus consent wording and form version. We never collect card details on this site; we share your name, delivery ZIP and contact details with the supplier only to fulfil an order you’ve confirmed.
  • Outbound clicks: when you click a product link, we record which product, the seller’s page we sent you to, the page you clicked from and the time. No personal details.
  • Page views: when you open a product, the catalog or a designer profile, we record which page, the time, and where you came from (reduced to a page on this site or a website name). No cookies, no IP address, nothing that identifies you. We use these counts to see which pieces people look at.
  • Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we record it with your submission and treat it as an opt-out of any sale or sharing.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell personal information.
  • We don’t pass your brief or contact details to anyone without your explicit, per-introduction agreement.
  • We don’t run third-party advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
  • We don’t set cookies by default. If we turn on Google Analytics, it loads only after you choose “Allow” in the cookie notice, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are stored in a database on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which hosts this site.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to see, correct or delete anything you’ve sent by replying to any email from us.

Changes

If we change how we use information, we’ll update this page and its date, and the form version stored with each submission records which wording you saw.
